The Quicksilver brand has been around since the 1980's, and since then owners of these wonderful aircraft, like me, have enjoyed flying probably the best and safest ultralight brand ever built. Unfortunately, the parent Quicksilver company in the USA folded in 2015, when a large order was cancelled after buying in all of the bits for the kits and had to forclose. One of the large QS dealers bought all of the bits at auction for the MX series, and another dealer bought the GT400/500 bits, and both still have stocks of most of the inventory. If you require any QS bits, let me know and I will chase them up.
With my passion for the QS brand, I have been keeping my website active, which is more of a history and product information site at the moment, hoping that someone, somewhere buys the intillectual property, blueprints etc from the IP owners and get the QS brand back in the air where it should be. If anyone is interested in buying QS, I would be happy to get involved. I am still getting regular phone calls and emails from prospective owners wanting to buy a Quicksilver.
